Introduction:
The working principle of Multi-point Float Level Switch is direct and simple. Set one point or multi-point of magnetic switch in sealed un-magnetic metal or industrial plastic tube. Fix the float with inner magnetic system in a certain place of magnetic switch in the pipe and let the float drift up and down; Utilize the inner magnetic system in the float to trigger the open and close of magnetic switch to operate and control the liquid level. Its simple working principle has been proved to apply in liquid measuring under various working conditions. It is flexible to produce 1-8 float points as per demand, so it has cost advantage comparing with other types of level switch. Multi-point float level switch is widely used in level control and alarm of all kinds of industry such as electronic, electric power, chemical, water treatment, water supply and drainage, dyeing, machinery etc.

2. How to choose a suitable level switch? 

Users should select suitable float according to the working temp., pressure,gravity,acid and alkali of the tested liquid.

Temperature: 

PVC maximum temperature is 80°C, PP maximum temperature is 80°C, 

PVDF maximum temperature is 150°C, 

SUS304/316L maximum temperature is 200°C.

Pressure: 

Plastic float maximum pressure resistance 5kg/cm2, 

SUS304/316L maximum pressure resistance 40kg/cm2.

Viscosity:  

For viscosity liquid, it is better to choose float with big diameter and  small gravity to overcome the surface tension of liquid.

Acid and alkali liquid:  

Please choose PP or PVDF, if temp. is higher than 80°C, PVDF ONLY

Alcohol and oil etc. liquid:                  

It is suggested to use stainless SUS.

Please select food grade SUS316L in food field.

Gravity:

Float's gravity S.G. should be less than tested liquid.
