Negative Temperature Coefficient
Product Description
The name of the NTC sensor comes from its negative temperature coefficient. It is made of semiconductor materials (usually copper oxide), the resistance of which decreases as the temperature increases. Therefore, the NTC sensor can indirectly measure the temperature by measuring the change in resistance value.
NTC sensors are usually connected to the control system to transmit temperature data. Wall-mounted boiler manufacturers will install NTC sensors in appropriate locations according to design requirements to ensure that they can accurately reflect the temperature conditions of key parts.

Temperature detection: NTC sensors can accurately detect the temperature of the water circulation, combustion chamber or other key parts inside the wall-mounted boiler. These temperature data are very important for controlling the stability and efficiency of combustion in the furnace. |
|
Temperature protection: When the temperature inside the wall-mounted boiler exceeds the safe range, the NTC sensor can send a signal to the control system to trigger safety protection measures, such as stopping combustion or reducing combustion power to prevent overheating and damage. |
|
Temperature control: The control system can adjust the combustion and heating water temperature in the furnace according to the temperature feedback of the NTC sensor to meet the comfort requirements or energy saving goals set by the user |
